| Club Championship Round 10 (A1)
The final round of the Club Championship saw some excellent racing on a lovely sunny day. Despite it being Mothers Day and the first round of the STCC we still saw a good attendance and most important everyone enjoyed themselves. Due to the fact that every round counted for points the final points standings were bound to change, and they did as can be seen in the championship points standings. Trophies will be presented for both the Club and Open Championships on Sunday 6th April 2003. A point to note as history was in the making. Clive Stockham
and Jevon Frost entered and raced in modified class with the all new Novak
Super Sport Brushless SS5800 motors. The report is, control is just like
a normal motor with performance equal (and consistent) with a good 10 turn
motor. The cars tend to 'run on' as there is no in-built motor braking
but otherwise just like normal driving. The big advantage is NO MAINTENANCE!!!!
