Winter Championship Round 6
The main contenders for the BRCT Winter Championship turned up to compete for the honours at the next installment of this exciting series.

Track conditions were damp and misty for a second week in succession. So Pits D20 treaded wets and HPI 23R slicks were the tyres of choice for many.

Les Help
Stock class was once again hotly contested, with Les Help the current championship leader showing why he's number one by putting in an excellent 12/312.15 to qualify on pole for the A final almost 4 seconds ahead of his nearest rival Ian Pullman. Philip Thurlby qualified 3rd with his TC3. Les went on to win the finals. The final positions were the same as qualifying.

Control class again suffered a low turn-out so the drivers were racing in with the Modified class. The control class FTQ was taken by Kenneth Cooper with 12/300.03. Keith Simmons was 2nd with 12/306.95. Ken went on to win the finals, with Keith once again in 2nd position.

Clive Stockham
Modified class was once again dominated by Clive Stockham who put in a very good time of 13/312.40 to take the Modified FTQ. Clive had an easy time in the finals, taking victory in all 3 legs with Jevon Frost in 2nd.
